Happy enough here in Harold Wood and have been for the last 22 years. Three houses, all within very short range of the Gallows Corner Tesco.
Generally quiet and no hassles.
Not sure why only three RM postcodes are any good.

The shit that happened up Brentwood High St every weekend, which we lived nearby. Someone got attacked with baseball bat opposite my house.

It's not just East London, someone stabbed to death in a road in Chelsea with £5m houses couple of days ago, another yesterday in Richmond Hill stabbed. Khan and his 24hr tube has worked wonders for these scum.
